Now I'm not one to quickly jump on to saying something is bad or corrupt or just plain broken. This is doubled when it comes to Google Products, because they are usually pretty damn good. Google was founded on the belief to not be evil. That being said I can't believe how bad their appeals process is for the Google Adsense Program for Invalid Click Activity. Anybody that is normal, and not a scammer like me, that has run into this problem knows exactly what I am talking about. You get an email saying your banned, and then you appeal with little to no information from google as to what you did wrong, and most get the dreaded automated email that reads they couldn't find enough information to overturn your judgement, and if that was not enough they refund the 14 dollars you made over the last 7 month period back to the advertisers. My question is does Google refund the portion of money they made off you back also? it doesn't say.
I have put in several appeals, and nothing just they same damn email. I've even attempted to contact Google themselves, and all they do is give you an email to Adsense support that just sends you another automated email which reads that you should use the Adsense forums to fix your Problem. Where is the Human Contact? Come to think of it getting to talk to someone at Google was a hassle they think they can just make forums so the community can help it self. Google your stock is worth hundreds of dollars I'm more than sure that you can afford to hire a couple hundred people to give live support to your community!
The nail in the coffin for me about this whole issue is the amount of people that this is happening to across the internet. Many would argue that 99 percent of the people Google catches have it coming, or were in the wrong. I'm not sure, I can not speak for everyone, but I will say this I know there are people generating millions of views on their blogs, website, and Youtube channels that are missing out on revenue, because of these bans. My thought process here is that wouldn't a suspension weed out who the true scammers are. I mean anybody that is serious about their channel, and had this happen to them sure as Hell wouldn't let it happen again.
The simple solution is to go to someone else to have ads run on your site, but for Youtubers such as myself you can't. There are other programs for us to go to Machinima Adrev, etc. , but you have to have a open adsense account to get switched over to these people. All I'm saying is google if you don't want us let us go to these other companies.
I've finally gotten fed up enough with this whole situation to make a petition, which Ive left a link below. If your having the same problem, and want to be heard by google sign it and also leave your story through the petition. This whole process has been a nightmare, and hopefully we can help be a voice for all the people that have been wronged by this process!
